We invite you to Z-Spa 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment to be able to prepare for it without haste.
During the wait, enjoy a moment of respite with a cup of green tea in the relaxation room.

Important information

Booking and Cancellation Conditions

In order to confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value must be paid within 7 days from the date of booking, in cash, by card or transfer. Account number: 56 1090 2590 0000 0001 5188 9834 Z-Hotel Sp. z o.o.
To receive an invoice, please provide the full billing details (including NIP) to the receptionist at the time of booking. After this period, it will not be possible to change the details on the sales document.
The remaining balance for the reservation should be paid no later than 6 days before the arrival date.
In the case of cancellation 7 days before the arrival date - the possibility of free cancellation and refund of the deposit.
In the case of cancellation 6 days before the arrival date, the Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% of the reservation value as a cash voucher.

It should automatically make payment according to the payment schedule. At least 2 days prior to elective appointments will send reminders to pay for the e-mail address book. All payments made are non-refundable. In the absence of payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
