Reservation and cancellation conditions
In order to confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value must be paid within 7 days from the date of reservation creation in cash, by card or by transfer. To receive an invoice, you must inform the receptionist while making a reservation and provide full invoice details (including VAT identification number). After this deadline, it is not possible to change the details on the sales document.
The remaining amount to be paid for the reservation should be made no later than 6 days before the arrival date.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation 7 days before the arrival date, a cost-free cancellation and return of the deposit is possible.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation 6 days before the arrival date, the Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% of the reservation value in the form of a monetary Voucher.
