Booking and cancellation conditions
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be paid within 7 days from the date of booking, either in cash, by card, or via bank transfer. To receive an invoice, you must inform the receptionist and provide full invoice details (including VAT number) during the reservation. After this deadline, it is not possible to change the details on the sales document.
The remaining amount for the reservation should be paid no later than 6 days before the arrival date.
In the case of cancellation of the reservation 7 days before the arrival date - there is an option for a free cancellation and a refund of the deposit.
In the case of cancellation of the reservation 6 days before the arrival date, the guest is entitled to a refund of 50% of the reservation value in the form of a cash voucher.
In the case of cancellation of the reservation 5 days or less before the arrival date, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the payment made.

It should automatically make payment according to the payment schedule. At least 2 days prior to elective appointments will send reminders to pay for the e-mail address book. All payments made are non-refundable. In the absence of payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
