The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Arrival with pets is not allowed. Additional percentage and fixed amount discounts do not combine with other ongoing promotions and packages. Formal attire is required in the Werbena Restaurant and JD CLUB.
Early departure or non-use of some services included in the package for reasons beyond the hotel's control does not entitle you to request other services or a refund for unused benefits.
