Important Information
1. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value must be paid within 7 days of making the reservation in cash, by card, or by bank transfer.
2. The remaining amount for the reservation should be paid no later than 15 days before the arrival date.
3. In case of cancellation of the reservation 15 days before the arrival date - the possibility of free cancellation and refund of the deposit.
4. In case of cancellation of the reservation 14 - 10 days before the arrival date, the Guest will receive a 50% refund of the deposit in the form of a cash voucher.
5. In case of cancellation of the reservation 7 days or less before the arrival date, the Guest is not entitled to a refund of the reservation value.
