Early departure or non-use of part of the services included in the package for reasons beyond the hotel's control does not entitle you to request another service or a refund for unused benefits.

Reservation and cancellation conditions

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value must be paid within 7 days from the date of booking, in cash, by card, or by bank transfer.
The remaining amount for the reservation should be paid no later than 15 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation of the reservation 15 days before the arrival date - free cancellation and refund of the deposit is available.
In case of cancellation of the reservation 14 – 10 days before the arrival date, the guest is entitled to a 50% refund of the paid deposit in the form of a voucher.

To receive an invoice, you must inform the receptionist during the reservation process and provide full invoice details (including NIP)

1. W celu potwierdzenia rezerwacji należy wpłacić zaliczkę do rezerwacji w wysokości 50% wartości rezerwacji w terminie do 7 dni od dnia założenia rezerwacji gotówką, kartą lub przelewem. Nr konta: 56 1090 2590 0000 0001 5188 9834 Z-Hotel Sp. z o.o. 2. Pozostała kwota do zapłaty za rezerwację powinna nastąpić najpóźniej na 15 dni przed terminem przyjazdu. 3. W przypadku rezygnacji z rezerwacji na 15 dni przed terminem przyjazdu - możliwość bezkosztowej anulacji i zwrot zaliczki. 4. W przypadku rezygnacji z rezerwacji, na 14 – 10 dni przed terminem przyjazdu Gościowi przysługuje zwrot wpłaconej zaliczki w wysokości 50% na Voucher kwotowy. 5. W przypadku rezygnacji z rezerwacji na 9 i mniej dni przed terminem przyjazdu, Gościowi nie przysługuje zwrot zapłaty wartości rezerwacji.
