If as a result of recruitments conducted during this period your candidacy is not accepted and no relevant agreement is concluded, your data will be deleted. 2) The processing of your personal data is based on Article 6 para.1 point a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – i.e. the processing of your personal data is based on the consent given by you; 3) Recipients of your personal data will also include postal operators in case written correspondence related to the recruitment process is sent to you. 4) Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations. 5) You have the unrestricted right to request from the Administrator access to the content of your personal data, as well as the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 6) If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office; 7) Providing your personal data is a consequence of your consent to the processing of the data and is not a statutory or contractual requirement, therefore there are no potential consequences for you for not providing the data, except resignation from / lack of possibility to participate in the process. 8) Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
